Notable features:
Dulcinea is a lanky teenage girl in a high-collared labcoat and thick gloves who is plainly exhausted.
Listeners tend to hear her native language as whatever mother tongue they speak - in other words, whoever hears her will understand her. The reverse is also true: she would normally understand any language she hears.
She seems relatively ordinary, but sometimes close examination is rewarded.
This is a roleplay account. Dulcinea is a premade character from the Chuubo's Marvelous Wish-Granting Engine TTRPG system, both of which are the property of Jenna Moran. I am making no profit from this. All art used for this account was drawn by me unless otherwise specified.
